Two Fantastic Orlando/ Disney  Properties

My two fantastic vacation rentals by owner (K's Butterfly and K's Crystal), pictured here, are available for your vacation rental.  They are located very near the main gate entrance of Walt Disney World, which is in Kissimmee, Florida, just southwest of Orlando.  Read the synopses for my two vacation rentals on this page and click on a picture (or the link at the end of each synopsis) for lots of details about each vacation rental, lots of pictures, rates - including discounts available, directions, reservation request, etc.

1. K's Butterfly.  This is an over 1400 sq. ft. (130 sq. m.), 1st (ground) floor, one level, condominium in Windsor Palms Resort.  It is only steps (directly across the street) from the community clubhouse and pool complex.  But, it is far enough away that you can enjoy my private lanai without being bothered.  Even if, or perhaps especially if, you've broken your leg or have a weak heart, etc., or just don't want to be bothered with steps or walking far, this is a perfect unit for your vacation.  In the picture below you see the screen door exit from my lanai (screened patio) from which you can just walk directly across the level street (no steps) to the pool/clubhouse.  All the conveniences you need to just arrive and begin vacationing are included.  For details click the picture to the right, or click here for K's Butterfly.
 

2. K's Crystal.  This is an almost 1300 sq. ft. (120 sq. m.), 2-story townhouse end unit in Emerald Island Resort, across the street from one of the conservation areas, and right up the street from the neighborhood community swimming pool (see the photo of the pool from the balcony of the townhouse).  If you prefer the extra services of the community clubhouse and pool complex, it is only a 5 minute walk from the townhouse.  Park right in front of the door for easy arrival.  All the conveniences you need to just arrive and begin vacationing are included.

Both resort communities include 24hr gated security entrances.  All their VERY considerable luxurious amenities are included at no extra charge.  Restaurant deliveries, e.g., pizza, Chinese, Italian, etc., can be made to your door.  Phone numbers for a wide variety of such services are included in the welcome book in my properties.

Check out the details for my Orlando/Kissimmee Florida vacation rental by owner.  Both are only a very short drive to the Disney World main gate entrance.  Sea World and Universal Studios are only a short drive farther up I-4 from both properties.  The extensive package of conveniences and amenities offered by my properties and the resort communities are luxurious.  Bush Gardens in Tampa and Kennedy Space Center the opposite way are only about an hour or so drive.
