A Great Vacation / Holiday Begins With Great Rental Accommodations

Welcome to making reservations for one of my fabulous Florida vacation rentals by owner. Click the button labeled Properties above on the left, or click here, to see details about my 2 vacation resort properties.
Both 3-bedroom properties are located in gated communities with 24hr guarded entrances. They are in the Orlando/Kissimmee area of Florida, very near the main gate entrance to Disney World. Universal Studios and Sea World are only a short drive up I-4. Bush Gardens near Tampa (west coast), or Kennedy Space Center (east coast), are each about an hour's drive in opposite directions. The red star in the middle of Florida above indicates where Orlando is located.
The Orlando region map below gives a perspective of where both my fabulous 3-bedroom vacation rentals are located, just southwest of Disney World, very close to Disney's main gate entrance. Amenities. The following amenities are included in my properties: all linens (bedding, bathroom towels and wash cloths), kitchen pots and pans, eating utensils, glass ware, TV's, VCR's, DVDs, Playstation II, and more.
The following additional community amenities are included at no additional cost: 24hr security gate house, large club house with numerous facilities including: community swimming pool, toddler splash pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, picnic/barbeque area, children's playscape area, exercise room, and more.

Complaints. If my property manager did not satisfactorily handle a problem you encountered with my vacation rental unit, you may send me an email about the problem by clicking on the appropriate link below for the property where you stayed. Please include:
(1) Identify yourself;
(2) The dates when you stayed in my unit;
(3) Your email so I can promptly get back to you; and
(4) Details about your problem and what actions my property manager took.
